The Good,
The Bad and The Ugly

Released: 1966 |
In this movie Clint Eastwood is pretty good at doing some really bad
stuff to a few very ugly people. This is the last of the three
Sergio Leone films Eastwood starred in. The three main characters try
to beat each other to some buried gold. Buried in a grave that only
Eastwood's character knows the name. Clint, in this movie is almost
hung, almost dehydrated in the desert and survives a few gunfights as
well. Lot's of action! Lee Van Cleef stars in this installment and
provides an excellent performance as he had also done in the previous
"Man with no name" film. The three films Eastwood did with Leone made
him an international superstar and created the Spaghetti Western
genre. This one is the longest of the three films, so set a little
time aside to view it, it will be well worth your time. |
